seth godin’s meatball sundae hits the nail right on the head by identifying a problem that many of us  “marketers, “advertisers,” and whatever we call ourselves too often suffer from.  when it comes to the medium, not just social media, we start “asking what the medium can do for you instead of what you can do for the medium.”  

seth plays by a different standard.  i wonder what would happen if we all played at that level.
